Alzo Slade is a Peabody and multi-Emmy award winning journalist and storyteller. His stories have spanned a wide range of topics from Pro-Life Bootcamp, Bauxite mining fight in Jamaica to cobalt mining in The Democratic Republic of Congo. Slade won an Emmy for his reporting in “American Uprising,” a VICE News special covering the protests after the killing of George Floyd. He also won a Peabody for “Losing Ground,” an exploration about a little-known type of ownership known as “heirs property” is used to appropriate Black Land.
As a former philosophy professor, his storytelling is rooted in a deep-seated curiosity about the world and the human condition. His personal directive is ‘when I learn about the world, I learn about other people. When I learn about other people, I learn about myself.’ Currently, Alzo works with National Geographic and is a reoccurring panelist and guest host on NPR’s Wait Wait…Don’t Tell Me!

Jordan Randall is the Content Director at TikTok, leading creative direction and content strategy for TikTok For Business across video, design, copy and editorial writing. Prior to this role, he led on TikTok’s Creative Agency Partnerships team, where he built educational programs that helped ad agency creatives produce more effective and impactful work on the platform. Before joining TikTok, Jordan held marketing and business development roles at Nickelodeon, MediaCom, Media Assembly, and Digitas. A proud Howard University alum, Jordan is also the co-founder and co-host of Surface Level, a podcast that explores the nuances of the Black and Queer experience.

After graduating from Harvard University, Eni returned to her hometown and taught middle school history, where she reignited her passion for the city’s fashion and beauty culture. This led to the creation of #EniGivenSunday, a blog she started to share her Sunday church outfits.
While pursuing her J.D. at Columbia Law School, Eni expanded her content to include accessible beauty tutorials and tips, all while balancing her rigorous academic life. After graduating with honors and passing the NY Bar, Eni transitioned to full-time content creation, continuing to build a diverse and engaging platform that blends fashion, beauty, and personal storytelling.
