Rob is the Global CCO of WPP, driving the company’s mission to be the most creative organization in the world. Since joining in 2021, he has helped earn WPP the highest honor at the Cannes Lions Festival in 2021, 2022 and 2024 – Creative Company of the Year. Before WPP, he led McCann Worldgroup and Crispin Porter + Bogusky (Agency of the Decade), where he shaped many iconic campaigns – most notably State Street’s “Fearless Girl”. He is the host of Screaming Creativity, WPP’s video podcast series featuring candid conversations with industry leaders and a board member of the One Club for Creativity. Rob also serves on the advisory board of Open Evidence, the leading AI-powered medical information platform.
