Marion has over twenty-five years of experience as an executive in the health science industry. He has successfully built and led award winning teams in marketing, sales, leadership development, and diversity & inclusion; including a team that generated $1Billion in annual sales.

Over his career he has won numerous won numerous awards including Business Leader of the Year Award, Top 100 Human Resource Professionals in the world and Top 100 Healthcare Diversity Officers. He holds a BA in Marketing, and an MBA in Management.
