A recognized leader in digital transformation, Mulqueen is the Senior Vice President of Digital Transformation at Burson. Named a two-time Admonsters and Folio: Top 100 Woman in Media and one of INC Magazine’s top young communications professionals, she founded the award-winning digital strategy agency, Kindred PR. In 2023, Kindred PR joined forces with global creative innovation agency, Lively Worldwide, to steward the world’s largest brands toward ethical and creative uses of data through brand-owned media ecosystems.

An adjunct professor of strategic communications at WSU-Vancouver, Mulqueen shapes the future of human-centered digital media strategy. Her career began at the dawn of social media, crafting strategies for Vanity Fair and CBS at major entertainment events.

As the former CMO of Grey Cloak Technologies, she pioneered market education on digital advertising fraud and has since become a premier global expert on brand-data relationships. Mulqueen lectures and conducts workshops worldwide on brand strategy, consumer and environmental shifts, emerging technologies like generative AI, and evolving data privacy regulations.
