Marc Fenty is SVP and Director of OOH at Horizon Media and co-chair and founding member of OOH UNITED, an OOH industry-wide initiative committed to advancing a culture built on diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEI&B). He is a highly respected industry veteran with 20+ years of client and team leadership experience, having devised and executed comprehensive OOH marketing strategies for a diverse range of Fortune 500 clients across many categories. In addition to leading Horizon’s various OOH teams and his DEI stewardship, he is also the OOH lead for Local Planet, Horizon’s international independent global media agency network, supporting Horizon’s clients with their global marketing needs across Asia, Europe, and Latin America.
As one of the changemakers of OOH UNITED he is committed to the shared responsibility of creating a culture that celebrates the strength that comes from differing perspectives. His work and industry perspectives have been profiled by OAAA, Geopath, World Out of Home Organization (WOO). Marc has been recognized by The Advertising Club of New York “Icons, Rockstars & Innovators” during Black History Month as a “Rockstar” celebrating changemakers in the industry and recipient of the 2023 OAAA Hall of Fame award. Prior to Horizon, Marc worked at Mediavest, Conde Nast and Paramount Studios to name a few.
Marc is a native New Yorker and was born and raised in Brooklyn and graduated from Vassar College. He enjoys life spending time with his family and friends.

She specializes in executing digital and integrated strategies that not only reflect diverse audiences but also push boundaries, ensuring campaigns are progressive and informative.
Throughout her 5 years at Horizon Media, Isa has become known for her forward-thinking approach, leveraging her expertise to build partnerships that deliver impactful, data-driven results. Her work is fueled by a deep commitment to creating media that is representative of all voices, a focus she believes is essential to the future of the industry.
A Washington, DC native, Isa relocated to New York City to attend St. John’s University, where she earned her degree in Business Marketing. Since then, she has made NYC her home base, thriving in its fast-paced environment. Outside of her professional life, Isa is an advocate for mentorship, believing in the power of empowering the next generation of media leaders, particularly from underrepresented communities.
