Eric Austin is a brand building marketing executive at Procter & Gamble with 20+ years of experience. He has developed some of the world’s most successful, global billion-dollar brands in the US and abroad in Europe including Pantene, Head & Shoulders, Wella Koleston, Braun, Olay and others.

Throughout his career, Eric has gained a broad range of experiences across the Marketing and IT landscape which includes initiative management, consumer insights, data & analytics, product design & market delivery, data & analytics, marketing strategy, digital & ecommerce systems, creative ad development, enterprise strategy and platform development.

Beyond marketing, Eric is a media maven with deep expertise in leading disruptive innovation, accelerating media productivity for the world’s largest advertiser. He’s a recognized expert in the media & AdTech industry and an advocate for driving equality and inclusion across the media ecosystem. Eric has developed industry award winning programs such as THE TALK, THE LOOK, #TalkAboutBias,THE CHOICE, Widen The Screen, Queen Collective, 846 Films, These Hands and others, which sheds light on systemic bias and facilitates equitable solutions for P&G, the media industry, and beyond.

Tope Ajala is a Global Impact and Culture Strategist and podcast host known for pushing boundaries at the intersection of equity, leadership, and innovation. With more than a decade of experience spanning marketing, operations, and change management, she brings a cross-functional lens to embedding culture into business strategy.

At Ogilvy, Tope led initiatives like the Modern Exchange and global leadership programs, including the industry’s first executive development program for Black men. Her work has reached more than 100,000 employees worldwide through bespoke Belonging trainings and global supplier diversity councils.

Tope’s early career in data systems, operations and strategy included overseeing mergers and acquisitions, optimizing business systems, and building data-informed solutions for both people and finance functions. Today, as Founder of Levelset, Saif-Hands, and To A Tee, she continues to shape inclusive ecosystems and amplify underrepresented voices.

She is also the host of a podcast that explores the intersections of leadership, identity, and purpose, creating space for bold, human-centered conversations. Outside of work, she is a mental health advocate, active volunteer, and avid traveler who finds balance through surfing, reading, and yoga.

In her role, Sparrow is responsible for leading multicultural ad sales revenue leveraging iHeartMedia’s unparalleled assets including radio, digital, podcasting and events. This includes The Steve Harvey Show, The Breakfast Club, Way Up With Angela Yee, Mi Cultura, Enrique Santos Show, Pride Radio, The Black Effect, The Black Information Network, and more. Sparrow applies her deep knowledge of multicultural audiences and strong relationships with multicultural ad agencies and brands to build, drive, influence and execute strategic multicultural initiatives across the iHeartMedia sales organization.

Nicky is distinguished by her passion for business, her focus on collaborative team building, and her commitment to meeting customer and market demands. Jerri is the former Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer of Office Depot, Inc., responsible for the P&L for e-commerce, customer service, all marketing functions, data & analytics, communications, and events, having previously served as its Chief Marketing Officer. She has more than 30 years of extensive marketing and leadership experience at large global brands. Prior to Office Depot, she served as Chief Marketing Officer of The ADT Corporation, a leading provider of home and business security services. Prior to that, Jerri served as Executive Vice President, CMO for Nokia based in Helsinki and London. Additionally, she held senior marketing roles as SVP at Verizon Communications, CMO at Citibank, VP at Revlon, VP at Harrah’s Entertainment, at the NFL and at General Mills, formerly the Pillsbury Company. Jerri is an Economics graduate of Spelman College, where she served as a member of the Board of Trustees and received her MBA from Clark Atlanta University Graduate School of Business.

She currently serves as a director on the boards of Dow, one of the world’s largest materials science companies; Under Armour Inc., the global athletic performance and innovation brand; cars.com, a leading digital marketplace that connects car shoppers with sellers; and Root Insurance, a disruptive digital company utilizing AI to provide auto insurance. Jerri previously served on the boards of ServiceMaster, Belk, Gurwitch Products, Tommy Hilfiger, and the advisory board of Pepsico.

Chris Foster is the CEO of Omnicom Public Relations Group, overseeing 20 communications, consulting and public affairs firms within Omnicom. In his role, he is focused on talent, innovation and cross-agency collaboration to drive growth.

Chris previously was the President of North America at BCW Group, responsible for managing growth, talent and client relationships in the region. Prior to the BCW merger, he was the Global Executive Vice President and Chief Business Development Officer for Burson-Marsteller, leading both organic growth and new business development across the global operation. Chris took a break from public relations agencies in 2010 and spent 5 years at the global management consulting firm, Booz Allen Hamilton, where he was Senior Vice President and Partner leading teams and growth across the government and civil business.

He has led national and global public awareness and communications campaigns for organizations such as the U.S Department of Defense, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Social Security Administration, Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Amgen and Intel. He specializes in working with the federal government and private companies on understanding reputation risk and leveraging communications analytics to drive enterprise-wide strategy.

Chris serves on the Board of Directors for the Folger Shakespeare Library, The LAGRANT Foundation, The Institute for Public Relations, and the University of Virginia’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies. He is also a founding member of the Black Executive CMO Alliance (BECA).

In 2022, he was named one of Savoy Magazine’s Most Influential Black Executives in Corporate America and was included in PRWeek’s “U.S. Power List” for the second year in a row. Chris been a guest lecturer at Columbia University School of Continuing Studies, the University of Maryland and Western Kentucky University and published his first book, “Reputation Strategy and Analytics in a Hyper-Connected World,” a cross-disciplinary resource for communication and digital professionals alike.

Chris earned an M.S. in Applied Behavioral Counseling from The Johns Hopkins University and a B.A. in Philosophy from The University of Virginia.
